CARROT CAKE
Materials Prescription
 
• 2 cups. tea flour for all uses
 
• 2 cups. tea sugar
 
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
 
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
• 3 cups. tea grated carrot
 
• 4 eggs
 
• 3/4 cup. tea seed oil
 
• 3/4 cup. tea raisins
 
• 2 oranges (zest)
 
• icing sugar for dusting
 
Εxecution
 
1. Grate carrots and measure 3 cups pressed to fill well.
 
2. In a large bowl sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix together the sugar and salt.
 
3. In another bowl put the eggs and beat lightly with a fork. Add the carrots, vegetable oil, raisins and zest.
 
4. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the flour and mix well with a spoon. Grease baking sheet and lay in a baking pan 30 cm Pour in the batter.
 
5. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C in resistors for about 1 hour or until it comes out clean the blade of the knife drive into the center. Allow to stand for 10 and invert on a platter.
